Adesegun Olayiwola FATUSI, the President of Society for Adolescent and Young People’s Health in Nigeria, is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians in Community Health, and Professor of Public Health and Community Medicine at the College of Health Sciences, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He worked previously as a Reproductive Health Adviser for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)’s programme in Nigeria (1996-2001). Within the University system, he had previously served as the Head of Community Health Department, the Director of Population and Reproductive Health Programme, the Director of the Institute of Public Health, and Provost of the College of Health Sciences.
